Q. HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
When you purchase online with your credit card, all your information is entered on an SSL-secured webpage. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
Q. HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We reserve the right to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, at our sole discretion at any time after receipt of your order, even after you have received an order confirmation or after your credit card has been authorized. If your credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
Any cancellation after an order has been placed will incur a €2.50 cancellation fee, regardless of when the order was placed (even if it's just a second later), as the merchant processor/credit card charges us for cancellations.
Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose. Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking information the next business day, as this information is generally available 24 hours after the order is shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.

If we are unable to do so within a reasonable timeframe, we will refund you (part of) the purchase price.

Replacement product
If we are unable to repair the defective item within a reasonable time, we will offer you a new, equivalent item. We will also replace the product if this is more cost-effective than repairing it or supplying a missing part. Providing a replacement product within the warranty period is free of charge. The purchase price of the replacement product may differ from the price of the original product; you will not be charged or reimbursed for the difference.
Part of the purchase amount reimbursed
We'll refund part of the purchase price if repairing your product takes an unreasonably long time or much longer than anticipated, and if you've experienced excessive inconvenience. If repair or replacement isn't possible within a reasonable timeframe, you'll receive a partial refund.
